Description:  SnowLib Lite is a JavaScript library that can be used to produce a snow effect on a given HTML page. The library uses DHTML to create a layer which encompasses the available width and height of the browser window. Within this layer, a number of additional layers are then created which contain the actual snowflakes. These flakes are randomly placed along the top of the screen. Each flake is given a random delay before starting to fall as well as a random fall rate all lending to the illusion that it is snowing. There are a number of parameters provided in the library to allow you to preconfigure the snow effect. Please send us a link to your page if you use it, we are very interested in the creative ways people use our products. Be sure and let us know what you think, we're always open for suggestions and critiques. There is also a full version of this library available which contains additional functionality such as snow accumulation and user controls.
