TeachFile provides total classroom management for teachers through a powerful, intuitive interface based on the scheme of the popular TeamFile application. With TeachFile, you can easily track assignments, attendance and general status lists for all of your classes. Create up to 250 date-associated, titled lists of each of these three types for each class as you progress through the quarter, semester and year. Apply weighted categories to individual assignments, and enter scores and totals for these for each student. Check off dated attendance lists, also in a weighted category. Check off general status lists, such as "Who turned in their field trip form?" or "Who participated in the science fair?" Navigate through these date-sorted lists either sequentially or through a list index. Attach notes to students on any list and instantly access their Address Book data.

Generate 11 different on-board reports at the class, individual and list level, including net weighted grades, between any two dates you choose. Export the reports to memos in either text or comma-separated value (CSV) format, and beam the memos to students, print them from the desktop, or paste them into a PC spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel if you want. Optionally export reports with student IDs from Address Book listings in place of student names, so the reports can be posted.
