Unfortunate News - Times are a little dark around EddieSoft as of late due to
some unfortunate situations that have hit us. One of these is the loss of our president. Eddie has passed
away leaving the EddieSoft family very saddened. We all loved Eddie and still trying to get over the loss. This has made it
very difficult for us to work on this site. In his honor, we have darkened the site. His brother Kerby will probably
take over this company along with his existing efforts over at KerbyWear.com. Until we get the transfer completed, there
will probably be limited activity on this site.
To Further complicate the situation, our developers are dealing with the impact of IT outsourcing. Our staff consists of
part time developers who code for EddieSoft purely out of fun when time is available. Unfortunately, their careers have
been jeopardized due to the corporate trend of sending IT resources and and work outside the U.S. As a result, the staff is
currently devoting their time to finding new jobs to support their families. Until this situation is resolved, there will be
no further updates on the EddieSoft products. We will attempt to answer some of the emails through this website, but development
will be suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience, however, at this point it is out of our hands. If you really
want to do something, ask yourself what skills exist today that cannot be obtained from U.S. based resources. Then ask Congress
to do something about it. We know plenty of out of work IT professionals around the
country that are just as capable of completing tasks that are being outsourced on the legal loophole of claiming they cannot
find needed skillsets. Beyond that, we will hold our opinions on the topic.
Our apologies for any inconveniences we may have a caused as a result of our current situation.

Q: Will product X run on the Tungsten Palm OS?
A: At this time, we have not released a version that runs on the Tungsten OS. A version was under development before the above situation
occurred. Discussions are underway to see if that version is good enough to be released. If the developer responds positively, we will
post the download bits, however, it will be considered beta only and not actively supported |

We have big ideas and plans for this site, but they are many and we are currently very few. Rather than wait till everything
is polished, we thought it would be better to let you see what we're up to. That way you can let us know what you think or better yet, let us
know what you're looking for. Feel free to browse around. We are planning on posting a number of neat and interesting products soon, many of which
we plan on sharing for free as a thanks for coming to our little site. Should you need specific assistance, our staff is versed in a wide
variety of Internet/Web related technologies and best of all we're cost effective. (In fact, we've been known to work for tasty dog biscuits 8^)
